Q. What if I already signed up with another retailer or through DISH Network directly?

A. As long as they have not installed the equipment and activated your account, we can offer you this promotion. Simply call 800-333-DISH and cancel the previous work order you had setup through someone else. After you cancelled your previous work order, call us back so we can then setup another account and get you in under this promotion.
